The Desiconnection.ca Services are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Desiconnection.ca Services for any commercial use, including but not limited to selling products or services, or to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons of any kind whatsoever. You may not take the results from a Desiconnection.ca search and reformat and display them, or mirror the Desiconnection.ca home page or results pages on your Web site.

Terms of Use for the Classifieds Section 

All classified advertisements placed on Desiconnection.ca are a one-time upload only.  Each time an advertisement is placed, the seller has to approve the advertisement.  Details or images of the product may not be changed, once uploaded.  Each product being advertised has to be paid for, separately. 

Each advertisement will be active for 30 days only.  After the 30 days, the advertisement will automatically be disabled and to continue the advertisement, the seller must renew the advertisement by paying the monthly charges again.

Each party interested in selling a product, must become a member of Desiconnection.ca.  Membership is free.  Once a party becomes a member, they may advertise in any category of car sales, real estate or classifieds.

Once the product is sold, it is the advertiser’s responsibility to delete the product from the site.  The party will be notified via email, once the product is sold to delete the product from the website.

Advertiser may upload up to four images for auto sales and real estate and up to one image for classifieds items.

Advertising on Desiconnection.ca

All advertising options, for example, basic listing, category listing, customized webpage advertising, home page banners, city specific banners are based on an annual frequency.

No Automated Querying

You may not send automated queries of any sort to Desiconnection.ca’s system without express permission in advance from Desiconnection.ca.  Note that "sending automated queries" includes, among other things:
using any software which sends queries to Desiconnection.ca to determine how a website or webpage "ranks" on Desiconnection.ca for various queries; "meta-searching" Desiconnection.ca; and performing "offline" searches on Desiconnection.ca.

Changes In Terms and Conditions and Desiconnection.ca Search Service

Desiconnection.ca may alter or terminate our services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice. If we do so, it is without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time for any reason, without notice and without liability to you, any other user or any third party. Please review these Terms of Service from time to time so that you will be informed of any changes.

Desiconnection.ca disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy of content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability or availability of information or material displayed in the Desiconnection.ca search results. Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall Desiconnection.ca be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use desiconnection.ca as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.
